14 days for exchange and returns

Under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” you may exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions: the item has not been worn or washed, it keeps its original look, tags and labels, and you have proof of purchase (order number or waybill).

How to do it

Message us on Instagram @amina.anima.ua with your order number and whether you want an exchange or a refund.

Send the item via Nova Poshta to the details we give you. Return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.

Refunds are made within 7 days after we receive and check the item.

Faulty items

If an item is defective or you received the wrong one, message us right away with photos — we will exchange, repair or refund it at our expense.
