What we collect
Orders: name, phone, Nova Poshta city and branch/address, comment, order contents.
Account: phone, name, password (stored only as a secure hash), order history.
Bag: items you add (including a guest bag) and — if you enter it at checkout — your phone and name, so the bag is kept across devices and we can help with the order.
Virtual try-on: your photo is used only to generate the image and is NOT stored by us; only an attempt counter is kept (for limits).
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: account session, bag identifier, language. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If we add any, we will ask for your consent.
Purposes and legal basis
Performance of the contract (order processing and delivery), running your account, customer support, legal obligations. We do not sell your data; we share it only with those who help fulfil orders: the delivery service (Nova Poshta), our order-management CRM, website hosting and database.
Retention
Order data — as long as required by law and accounting; account data — until you delete the account; abandoned bags — up to 12 months.
Your rights
You may access, correct, restrict, object to processing of, or erase your data, and request data portability — write to us on Instagram @amina.anima.ua or the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your EU supervisory authority.
