Terms of sale (public offer)
1. General
This document is a public offer (Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) by the seller, a Ukrainian sole proprietor whose details are given below, to sell goods via aminaanima.com (brand AMINA.ANIMA).

The seller is a single-tax payer (group 2) and is not registered for VAT; prices do not include VAT.
Placing an order on the website means full acceptance of these terms. The Ukrainian version prevails.
2. Goods and prices
Description, photos, sizes and price are shown on the product page; colours may vary slightly on screen.
Prices are in UAH. If no price is shown (“Price on request”), the seller tells you the price when confirming the order and the contract is concluded only with your consent.
3. Orders
You place an order with your name, phone and delivery details; the seller confirms it by phone or message. Some goods are supplied to order — the lead time is stated on the product page or when confirming.
4. Payment and delivery
Cash on delivery or another method shown on the website; delivery by Nova Poshta at the carrier's rates. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer upon receipt.
5. Exchange and returns
Under the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection (14 days for goods of proper quality). See “Exchange & returns”.
6. Personal data and disputes
Personal data are processed only to fulfil orders, as set out in the Privacy policy. Disputes are settled by negotiation, otherwise under the laws of Ukraine.
